Every client is asked to complete a placement test before the real lessons. The test takes a maximum of 45 minutes which helps to identify the possible level of your knowledge.
After that, you will be informed about your results and I offer you a level to start your English course.
I offer you a trial lesson before your main courses, which aims to meet for 30 minutes to clarify your level, to share all the administrative information with you, to answer your questions and to get to know each other before the lessons. This is a completely charge-free meeting and it is arranged beforehand.
If we agree on working together, you will be asked to fill out and sign the Contract of Services. 'SPEAKRIGHT' is a state-approved brand that works by the Hungarian laws, therefore, it is obligatory to make a contract.
The contract consists of all necessary information about the basic regulations between the clients and the teacher, cancellation information, details about each type of current lesson (classes) and terms & conditions.
What appointments are available?
Since 'SPEAKRIGHT' provides international courses, it is crucial to have fixed schedules. Every appointment and payment is valid for one calendar month. Clients can make appointments one calendar month in advance. You will be asked about a further one month's work at the end of the previous month. In case of newcomers, every new lesson is arranged for the current month.
Due to international targets, weekly appointments are not available (except for 'INTENSIVE SPEAKING' as it's a short-term course).
How to pay?
Since lessons are arranged for a month ahead, every client must pay for their lesson in advance via bank transfer. You will get an official invoice for your lessons summarized in a month. This invoice will be sent at the beginning of the month. Payments must be executed by the deadline of the 12th day of the current month. Acceptable currencies: Euro or Hungarian Forint.
Cancellation
There is a possibility to cancel your lessons within 24 hours. If you cancel your lesson within 24 hours for any reason, your class will count as a paid lesson, that is, you have no opportunity to rearrange it. If you cancel your lesson before 24h of your current class, you can reschedule or postpone it to the following month.

After sending your application, you will be asked to complete a placement test which you will receive in an email.
We are making an appointment for a 'Welcome Class' (free, 30 min.) as an introduction.
During the 'Welcome Class' we can discuss the details regarding the course of your choice, dates as well as identifying what level would be most ideal to start at.
As soon as we agree on common work, we will send you a contract via email. You need to print it out and sign it with a blue pen, then scan it and send it back.
